Breakfast Menu


Breakfast is served from 8am-10am in the restaurant overlooking the lake.
We also have a breakfast buffet with home-baked scones, breads, cake, fresh fruit, poached plums, juices, yoghurts, local cheese, cereals, organic granola and local jams

Flahavan’s Porridge oat flakes (made with milk and water)

 with a choice of;

Bailey's Cream Liqeuer and Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate chips 

or

Jamaican Rum and Golden Raisins

or

Stewed Bramley Apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon


·         Scrambled Eggs with a sprinkle of Ballycotton  Smoked Salmon served on toast


  ·        Poached Eggs served on Lynch's multi-seed toast, sprinkled with roast nibbed almonds and roast mixed seeds


 Fluffy 'American-Style' Pancakes with a drizzle of Golden syrup and Bacon or with chocolate fudge sauce


·        The West Cork Full Irish Breakfast:

Twomey's Bacon and sausages, slow roast vine tomato, Clonakilty black and white pudding and a fried free-range egg 

The Mini:

One bacon, one sausage, grilled vine tomato and a free-range fried egg

·    The Veggie Brekky:

·        Sautéed Mushrooms and Roast Vine Tomato on Toast, Bachelor's Baked Beans on the side, optional free range egg

The Gluten Free:

Twomey's Gluten-Free sausages (3) with a slow roast vine tomato and gluten-free toast


Our eggs are free-range from County Cork.

Our meats are from Twomey's Craft Butcher in Macroom, County Cork.

Our toast is made with bread from Lynch's Bakery in Macroom, County Cork. 

Our black and white puddings are from Clonakilty, County Cork.
