Dinner Menu is served every night, from 19:00 to 20.30. We commence serving at 17.30 with an A LA Carte menu and an Early-bird dinner during Theatre by the Lake and special events.

 

Mushroom and fresh tarragon cream crepe, accompanied by a mixed leaf salad

Tossed honeyed salad of Dingle Bay smoked salmon and prawns, dressed with Marie rose

Seasonal galia, watermelon, and honeydew melon with raspberry sorbet and mango coulis

Mini potato pancakes with pan-fried Clonakilty Black Pudding, apple and organic golden sultana compote and streaky bacon

Galette of roast aubergine, courgette and sweet peppers topped with St. Tola goat’s cheese and drizzled with basil oil

Warm chicken, orange and roast walnut salad with garlic croutons and a balsamic and honey dressing

 Oven-baked Darne of Kenmare Salmon, sugar snap peas, and a lemon hollandaise

Castletownbere Sea bass, roast red pepper sauce, with slightly spicy aubergine

Medallions of Twomey’s Pork fillet with a caramelized apple and cider sauce, and apple fritters

Classical Honey Roast Crispy Irish Half Duck, savoury potato stuffing and a plum and cassis sauce

Aga-baked Supreme of West Cork Chicken, Clonakilty black pudding and spring onion mash, rosemary gravy

Grilled Muskerry Sirloin Steak, topped with a Provencal tomato, tempura onion rings, and red wine jus

 Grilled West Cork Lamb Cutlets, onion confit with thyme, and a redcurrant and port reduction

Roast Aubergine rolls with fresh herb, brie and sun dried tomato stuffing, roast pepper cream

All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Classical Vanilla crème brulée, accompanied by a little fresh fruit

 All desserts are homemade and served with whipped cream

Barry’s Tea or Maher’s Java Coffee
